Our Vista Verde Project was designed for a young Austin couple ready to settle into a larger home where they could raise their daughters and create lasting family memories. They wanted a space that felt uniquely their own—modern, inviting, and anything but cookie-cutter.

The goal was to strike the perfect balance between family-friendly comfort and sophisticated entertaining. We created distinct zones to support both: a dedicated kids’ retreat for playtime and creativity, and thoughtfully curated main living spaces that remain ready for adult gatherings at a moment’s notice.

Throughout the home, a mix of warm textures, organic materials, and modern silhouettes reflect the couple’s personal style—casual yet elevated, with just the right touch of Austin charm. The result is a home that celebrates both connection and individuality, offering an environment where parents can unwind, friends can gather, and children can grow freely.

From the moment they saw the house, they knew it had potential. Our design team elevated its architectural charm by adding custom millwork, accent paint, wallpaper, and new lighting fixtures throughout. We then thoughtfully furnished the main living areas — the living room, dining room, entry and foyer, office, kitchen, powder bath, and mudroom — to create a refined yet approachable atmosphere.

The result is a light-filled, graceful home that balances modern comfort with timeless elegance. Every detail was chosen to feel calm, inviting, and distinctly Austin — a warm reflection of our clients’ new chapter in the Texas Hill Country.
