VISTA VERDE

This home already had wonderful character, but our clients were ready for a more modern and elevated refresh. Although the previous owners had recently updated it, our goal was to take it a step further—refining details and layering in intentional upgrades that complemented the home’s existing architecture.

The most transformative change came with the addition of a stunning arched iron front door, followed by a custom wall-to-wall steel window and door system that opens the living room to the outdoor balcony—flooding the space with natural light. From there, we refreshed the kitchen with newly painted cabinets, a chic backsplash, and updated plumbing fixtures. Throughout the home, new lighting, hardware, and thoughtfully designed built-ins enhanced functionality and flow, while touches of wallpaper added depth and warmth.

Finally, we curated new furnishings, window coverings, and accessories to bring the entire vision to life—a home that now feels effortlessly sophisticated, welcoming, and distinctly personal to our clients.
