The Fairway

This full home renovation is a perfect example of how thoughtful interior design can completely reimagine a space. Originally built in the 1970s, this home was dark, dreary, and uninspired—with outdated finishes, limited storage, and very little natural light. It lacked the warmth, personality, and functionality our client needed to feel truly at home.

Set in the dreamy, picturesque landscape of old Lakeway, surrounded by majestic oak trees and overlooking a serene golf course, the location was full of promise. Our client saw the potential for something truly special—and so did we.

We embraced the challenge of transforming this dated house into a bright, elegant, and highly livable retreat. Every interior element was completely gutted, taking it down to the studs and starting afresh. By adding new large windows, drywall, paint, lighting, cabinetry and flooring, opening up the kitchen and primary bathroom layouts and infusing the interiors with a playful yet refined palette, we created a home that reflects our client’s vibrant personality while offering comfort and sophistication at every turn.

The results are nothing short of dramatic—a true reflection of how design can not only update a space but elevate the way it feels and functions. This project beautifully blends character, practicality, and modern elegance, proving that a well-designed home really can change the way you live.
