This rewarding kitchen remodel was designed for a retired couple looking to simplify and refresh their space. Though now empty nesters, our clients still live in a large home and love to cook, entertain, and stay committed to recycling. But their kitchen told a different story—cluttered countertops, dark cabinetry, and no clear system for storage or organization.

With four recycling bins tucked under the island and very little available workspace, the kitchen had become more of a stressor than a sanctuary. Our clients were ready for a fresh start and eager to move away from the dated, dark brown finishes that made the space feel even more chaotic.

We reimagined the entire kitchen layout to support their lifestyle—introducing smart storage solutions, streamlining recycling systems, and creating a lighter, brighter, and more functional design. The result is a beautifully organized kitchen that supports daily life and effortless entertaining, with a clean, inviting look they love coming home to.
