“LET’S GET STARTED” LAYOUT PLAN
Are you stuck on what to do with your space? Where to position furniture and what size furniture do you even need?? What about the style/theme/mood of the space? What should that look like? We’ll definitely answer all these questions with this very fundamental space-planning service that will give you a solid starting point so you can carry out the rest of the design and make your own furniture selections.
This space-planning service includes:
A collaborative design strategy session where we review your inspiration images, design direction and concepts
Measurement of your space (client to provide for virtual designs)
A scaled 2D floorplan with 1-3 furniture placement options (if possible) and the logic behind these layouts (we’ll recommend the one we feel is the most ideal layout)
Moodboard of design inspiration for your space with examples of the style and colors we see in this space (this does not include specific furnishings with shoppable links)
CREATIVE DESIGN PLAN
We create a unique and creative design plan by selecting specific furnishings, lighting and accessories (and incorporating some of your own if need be) to transform your space.
This design-only service includes everything from the Layout Plan above plus:
A concept board of your unique design with several product variations, for example we may provide two rug options or two chandelier options for you to choose from
All specified furnishings, lighting, artwork, non-custom drapery and accessories
2D wall elevations to show art placement, fireplace decor, window treatments etc.
An in-person design presentation (online for virtual designs)
Full estimate of all specified furnishings with shoppable links
FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
The full-service design encompasses the space planning fundamentals and creativity of the plans above with the addition of managing the logistics of ordering and delivering all the furnishings PLUS we’ll see it to completion with professional styling and an exciting room reveal. When you select this service, you get access to our most coveted designer brands available to the trade industry. We can access high quality furnishings made in the USA, unique one-of-a-kind pieces, customizable details and bespoke products. Take a look HERE!
This service includes:

Design and measure of custom window treatments (if needed)
We order, track, and handle all aspects of your products from approval to final delivery in your space
Receiving and inspecting all orders for accuracy, damages etc.
Handling any claims and replacements for damaged or wrong items sent
Storing products in our warehouse until ready to be delivered to your space
Removal and disposal of packaging materials and boxes
Access to our list of qualified tradespeople (i.e handyman, drapery installers, wallpaper pros, electrician etc)
Expert styling of your space for that special designer look
Final reveal and walk-though of your space to go over any warranties and care instructions
